Pink Pelican Sauvignon Blanc & Dimyat is a dry white wine, created as a balanced and fresh blend that combines the fruitiness and minerality of two different terroirs. This blend is composed of 70% Sauvignon Blanc, which comes from a 7-year-old vineyard on the Danube bank, and 30% Dimyat from old vineyards located on the Black Sea coast. The result is a wine with controlled fermentation, aged for three months on fine lees.

Pink Pelican is a winery founded in 2017 by brothers Mario and Boyan from Silistra. The name of the winery and their first series of craft wines, “Srebarna”, is inspired by the protected areas near Silistra. The name “Srebarna” comes from the “Srebarna” reserve, which is under the protection of UNESCO, and “Pink Pelican” is named after the protected bird species “Pink Pelican”. Read more …
